How will my items ship? TOP

We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  You should receive your item within 3 days once your items have shipped.  The shipping and handling fee is a flat fee of $7.95.  All orders over $150.00 are shipped free of charge.  If you would like your items overnighted please send us an e-mail (ellispaperie@gmail.com) and we can give you a quote.  I am sorry but at this time we currently can only ship within United States.  If you are not on a tight schedule, we would be more than willing to get a shipping quote to areas outside of the United States, please just send an email with the items you are wanting to purchase along with an address and we can get a quote!)  All items ship from Oklahoma. If you would like to arrange for local pickup in the Oklahoma City metro area, please send an e-mail prior to placing your order to avoid the shipping charges.  Depending on the location a small fee of $2.00 may be applied to your order. 

Once I place my order what is the turnaround time? TOP

After receiving your order you will receive a proof via e-mail within 24 hours for approval.  Once you approve and accept your proof printing will begin.  You can expect to receive your order within 8-10 days from the date you approve your design.  If you need your order quicker please contact us for a quote (ellispaperie@gmail.com).  If your order contains nothing that needs approval your item(s) will ship within 48 hours.

What is your return policy? TOP

Special orders including custom invitations and stationery may not be exchanged or returned unless there was an error due to Elli's Paperie. Once your approval is received your order may not be cancelled.

What is the quality of your paper? TOP

All of our invitations and notecards are printed on 80# cardstock or 100# cardstock unless denoted in the description of the product.  Please be assured we use the finest of papers.

Do you offer digital printing? TOP

We do!  We currently offer digital printing from San Lori's Print on Demand.  Once the order is placed you will receive a proof within 48 hours and once you approve your proof the order will ship directly from San Lori withing 48-72 hours via UPS.  They offer a full line of digital printing including Birth Announcements, Wedding Invitations, Baby Shower Invitations, Holiday Invitations, Calling Cards, and Address Labels.

If I am ordering a digital print with a photograph how do I get you the photo? TOP

Once you place your order you will submit your photo via e-mail (ellispaperie@gmail.com).

If I am not comfortable filling out the form listed on the website can I send you the invitation via e-mail? TOP

Absolutely!  If you are more comfortable typing your invitation wording via e-mail or a word document, that is completely fine !  Whichever method is easiest for you!

Can you print the return address on the envelopes? TOP

Always!  We do offer the option of printing the return address, if this is something you are interested in, please e-mail us at customerservice@ellispaperie.com.  The print fee per envelope is $.15/ea.
